Since this is a blog written by sisters and all, we probably need to recognize National Sibling Day with an ode to my own amazing sibling, Angie. She’s kind of a big deal! 😉 I don’t think I could be any more thankful for her! She’s the best big sister a girl could ask for- full of wisdom on everything from a to z and is always there for me without question. I look up to her in so many ways and can’t imagine life without her. She has been a wonderful example to me my entire life but watching her be such a good mom has topped it all. I’ve learned so much about parenting through her example. I treasure her friendship on this mom-life journey more than words could express. She’s the person I turn to when my 2 year old is throwing a fit and I’m completely worn out or when a hilariously heart-warming sentence slips out of Emmy’s mouth. Because, she gets it. She’s going through the same thing and we know some days are total magic and others are just tiring. And, every mom knows you’ll even experience those opposite emotions multiple times a day. I guess that’s how this whole blog was inspired. We wanted to chronicle the moments of motherhood that were both beautiful and embarrassing- that every mom could relate to. We wanted to share our experiences throughout our mom life journey and doing it together has been so fun. So, happy siblings day to the best sister in the world, my friend, and inspiration- You are the best and I am blessed to call you my sister.
