Honey Mustard Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs
What you will need:
1/4 cup Mustard
1/4 cup Honey (local honey is the best!)
1lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (chicken breasts work great too!)
1 package of Uncured Bacon (best to be sure there are No Nitrates or No Nitrites)
*found at Sprouts, Whole Foods, Reasors, or sometimes, Target
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix Honey and Mustard together in a small bowl, set small amount aside for the end
Dip the chicken thighs in the honey mustard mixture
Wrap the coated thighs with 1-2 pieces of uncooked bacon
Place in glass cooking dish and bake for 35-40min.
After cooked through (chicken reaches 165 degrees), broil on high for 2-3min to get bacon extra crispy 🙂 yum!
When complete, drizzle with remaining honey mustard mixture that was set aside.
